This renderer tool lets you remove nodes that are at the intersection of members that cross over each other, such as you get with wall or roof cross bracing.
After selecting the nodes attached to the crossed members, right-click and then select "Node Tools" => "Remove Crossed Member Nodes" from the popup menu that appears.
