The Copy Properties tool lets you copy the properties of a node, member, plate, plate strip, plate cut, steel member, RC beam, RC column or RC slab to a selection of target items.
After selecting the target items, right-click and select "Copy <Item> Properties" from the popup menu that appears. You should then click the source item, after which its properties are copied to the selected target items.
If you want to copy actual nodes, members or plates rather than just their properties then you should use the "Copy" tool instead.
