December 23, 2021 – ITS Pty Ltd, the developer and supplier of SPACE GASS, the market leading and user-friendly structural analysis software, is pleased to announce a new partnership with StruSoft, the home for highly specialized and exceptional building and construction software businesses globally. Space Gass Pty Ltd, the Australian subsidiary of StruSoft AB, has taken over ownership of all assets related to the SPACE GASS software. All former employees of ITS Pty Ltd have transferred their employment to Space Gass Pty Ltd, including managing director Peter Schulze.
StruSoft makes life easy for building, structural design and architectural engineers who work with analysis and design of buildings, structural engineering, energy simulations, 3D modeling, detailing and assembly. The company provides highly specialized software tools for construction companies, precast concrete factories, window manufacturers, engineering firms and consulting companies.
StruSoft is majority owned by Vind, a Norwegian based industrial owner company with an eternal perspective for all its businesses. The new ownership will make sure SPACE GASS users experience continuity as their favourite structural analysis software is further improved, maintained, supported and kept up to date by the same local Australian organization that you know and trust. Being part of the StruSoft family also means that SPACE GASS will get access to additional resources, accelerating product development and broadening the product offering through collaboration with other StruSoft family members.
